IMUF Frequently Asked Questions
- 01IMUF offers carefully selected products that support wellness, healthy living, and everyday practicality. From Zoelite Deuterium Depleted Water (DDW) and Saladmaster cookware to wellness and household products, we focus on quality, innovation, and value to help you make better lifestyle choices.
- 02No. Zoelite and Zeolite are completely different.Zeolite is a naturally occurring mineral commonly used in filtration systems to help remove certain impurities and substances from water.Zoelite, on the other hand, is IMUF Australia’s branded Deuterium Depleted Water (DDW). It is drinking water in which the naturally occurring concentration of deuterium has been reduced through a specialised production process.Simply put: Zeolite is a mineral used to filter water. Zoelite is the water you drink.Understanding the difference helps customers make informed choices and avoids confusing conventional water filtration with deuterium depletion.Don’t confuse the mineral with the water. Zeolite filters. Zoelite hydrates.
- 03Zoelite DDW is a premium hydration product available through IMUF. As Australia's first bottled Deuterium Depleted Water, it is specially produced with lower deuterium levels than ordinary drinking water and is designed for individuals seeking innovative wellness and hydration solutions.
- 04No, normal water filters and typical ultrafiltration systems cannot remove deuterium from water. Conventional household filtration methods, such as activated carbon filters, sediment filters, and many ultrafiltration systems, are designed to reduce or eliminate particles, chlorine, odors, and certain contaminants, but they do not affect the molecular composition of water, including isotopes like deuterium. Deuterium depletion requires specialized technology beyond standard filtration processes. At IMUF Australia, we provide carefully selected products and information that support wellness and lifestyle, including options for those interested in deuterium-depleted water solutions, which differ significantly from regular water filters available for household use. So, while a water filter may make water cleaner, filtered water should not automatically be confused with Deuterium Depleted Water.Filtered water removes selected impurities. DDW reduces the concentration of deuterium in the water itself.
- 05No, Zoelite is not simply filtered water. Unlike ordinary drinking water, which contains naturally occurring deuterium, Zoelite undergoes a specialised process that reduces its deuterium concentration to precise levels. At IMUF Australia, we offer Zoelite water with specifically produced deuterium concentrations of 50 ppm and 25 ppm. This targeted reduction in deuterium content distinguishes Zoelite from regular filtered water and provides customers with a clearly identified product designed for wellness benefits beyond conventional hydration.
